Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the RV purchasing process.
  • Provide professional presentations and demonstrations of RV features and benefits.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and current customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay informed about RV models, industry trends, and financing options.

Job Requirements:

  • Some sales experience preferred, though RV experience is not required.
  • Driven with a positive attitude focused on achieving results.
  • High energy, quick thinking, and fast learner.
  • Strong computer skills and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Consistent and timely follow-up with customers.
  • Coachable, honest, empathetic, and people-oriented.
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to the work environment.
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
