Job Details

• Salary: $40 to $60 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mesa, AZ 85201

Work Hours

This is a full-time role with standard work hours. Specific schedule details will be provided during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on recreational vehicles following company and industry standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders accurately and document services using company software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures consistently.

Additional Information

This position entails physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in varied shop conditions. Applicants must be comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces.

Job Requirements

• Dependable with strong punctuality and work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Experience preferred in RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades.
• Basic computer skills for managing work orders and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in variable conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in tight spaces.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• RVIA or RVDA certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Possession of a personal set of tools.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Desire to establish a long-term career in RV service.
