Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our Phoenix team. This role includes inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and demonstrating recreational vehicles. Ideal candidates enjoy working with electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs, and are interested in advancing their careers within a values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and repair electrical systems, plumbing, interior carpentry, and exterior components to ensure RVs function properly
  • Perform routine maintenance on various RV models
  • Test drive RVs to identify mechanical and operational issues
  • Demonstrate RV features, usage, and maintenance procedures to customers

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific shift schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • At least one year of RV service experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills with team members and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and technical documents
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Willingness to wear protective clothing and use personal protective equipment as required by OSHA regulations
  • Ability to tow various sizes of RVs as needed
  • Physical ability to perform duties requiring adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to reach overhead and lift at least 50 pounds
  • This is a safety-sensitive position
