Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our RV Sales Consultant team at Little Dealer Little Prices. This role offers a rewarding career helping customers discover the joy of RV travel in a fun, professional, and unique work setting.

Job Details

• Salary: From $60,000 to $100,000 per year
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting RVs that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships through follow-up after sales.
• Stay informed about RV models, features, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Work Environment

Work at Little Dealer Little Prices, featuring a spectacular showroom recognized in RV Business, including indoor campground settings and a state-of-the-art Service Center. Enjoy a consistent 40-hour workweek and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience preferred; RV sales experience is not required.
• Strong achievement drive and a positive attitude.
• High energy, quick learner, accountable, and able to maintain a professional and drama-free approach.
• Effective computer, verbal, and written communication skills with consistent follow-up.
• Coachable, honest, empathetic, and results-driven.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
