Experience & Skills:
Experience in RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and manuals
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in tight spaces when needed
Bonus Points If You:
Have RVIA/RVDA certification (or are willing to earn it)
