Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred

  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

  • Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and manuals


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs

  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing

  • Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat, cold, noise, etc.)

  • Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in tight spaces when needed


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have RVIA/RVDA certification (or are willing to earn it)

  • Bring your own tools
